Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) apply to purchases from PurpleEight LLC, doing business as The Innate Logic (“The Innate Logic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old.

Please review these Terms before completing your purchase.

1. Our Products

The Innate Logic offers personalized digital products designed to provide informational decision support. Products are prepared using information you provide and are delivered electronically.

Specific product features, pricing, and other purchase details are described on the applicable product or checkout page.

2. Your Order and Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing your order. The information you provide is used to personalize your product, and incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the relevance or accuracy of the resulting insights.

If you discover an error in information you submitted, please contact The Innate Logic as soon as possible at support@theinnatelogic.com. If preparation has not begun, we may be able to correct the information before your product is prepared. Once preparation has begun or your product has been completed, a correction or replacement resulting from customer-submitted incorrect information is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The Innate Logic will request clarification when information needed to prepare your product is incomplete or cannot be used as submitted. If clarification is requested, you will have 48 hours from the time the request is sent to provide the requested information.

If we do not receive the necessary information within that period, your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded.

The Innate Logic may decline or cancel an order if the submitted request falls outside the stated scope of the purchased product or we otherwise cannot reasonably fulfill the order as offered.

3. Payment, Preparation, and Delivery

Prices are shown at the time of purchase and are subject to change for future purchases. Payment must be successfully completed before an order can proceed.

Payment alone does not begin the stated delivery period. After your order and required information are received, The Innate Logic reviews the information provided to confirm that it is complete and usable for preparation.

For products offered with a 24-hour delivery period, that period begins once the information has been confirmed as complete and usable. If clarification is required, the delivery period begins after the requested information has been received and confirmed as complete and usable.

Your completed product will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with your order. You are responsible for providing an accurate, functioning email address and for checking your spam, junk, or similar folders if your delivery email does not appear in your inbox.

If you believe your product should have been delivered but you have not received it, contact support@theinnatelogic.com so we can resolve the issue.

If your order cannot be delivered within the stated delivery period, The Innate Logic will contact you with more information. Your cancellation and refund options in this situation are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Corrections

If you believe there is an error in your personalized product that resulted from The Innate Logic’s preparation rather than the information you provided, please contact us at support@theinnatelogic.com. We will review correction requests on a case-by-case basis and, when appropriate, correct the affected product at no additional charge.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by The Innate Logic’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Personal Use and Intellectual Property

Your purchase gives you the right to download, save, print, and use your personalized product for your own personal purposes. You may also privately share your purchased product with people you choose for your own personal purposes.

The content, written materials, design, branding, and other materials provided by The Innate Logic remain the intellectual property of The Innate Logic, unless otherwise stated.

You may not resell a personalized product, reproduce or distribute it for commercial purposes, publish or distribute substantially all of it for public use, or present The Innate Logic’s materials as your own commercial product or work.

7. Informational and Astrological Content

The Innate Logic provides personalized informational decision support. Our products are intended to offer perspective, highlight considerations that may deserve your attention, and support your own decision-making process. They are not intended to make decisions on your behalf.

Astrological insight may be included as one lens within a personalized product. Astrology is interpretive in nature and is not presented as a prediction of future events or a guarantee of what will occur. Astrological insights are provided as additional perspective for your consideration.

Information provided by The Innate Logic is not legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, mental health, employment, or other professional advice and should not be used as a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. When a decision involves matters requiring professional expertise, you should seek advice appropriate to your individual circumstances.

The Innate Logic does not guarantee any particular result or outcome from the use of its products.

8. Responsibility and Liability

The Innate Logic provides its products for informational purposes as described in these Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Innate Logic is not responsible for losses resulting from decisions or actions taken based on the information provided in its products.

9. Privacy, Disputes, and Changes to These Terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how The Innate Logic collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, subject to applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter the Terms that applied to a purchase completed before the updated Terms took effect.
